Personalised items
Personalised items have a processing time of 2-5 working days depending on the item ordered, this is the time it takes to produce the item before despatch and does not include delivery time. You can check the processing time for each item by visiting the individual product page.
Please also allow 2-5 working days for delivery after despatch depending on your chosen delivery method.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods, or have reason to believe they are faulty in any way and not up to standard, there is a 30 day returns window where you may return the products. Please contact us to request a returns form as soon as possible with your order number.
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt provided that the item is unused, undamaged, the packaging is complete. Unfortunately we are unable to refund delivery charges, in either direction and are unable to accept returns on personalised items due to the nature of the product.
